Retreats can encompass a wide range of discovery.  A Group Retreat is usually a prepared Retreat with the Schedule outlined and shared with everyone before hand so one can be prepared for the event, a one, three day or more retreat.

A Personal or Couples Retreat will be quite different with the participants working with the Teacher to bring a strong sense of “what I want to accomplish with my retreat.”

We welcome your Inquiry.  Our Guide Teacher has been teaching for over twenty years; over a thousand people have learned from Group and Individual Retreats and Services. Master Teacher, Messenger Henry,  is a long time Lay Priest, Buddhist Life Skills Coach and Certified Counsellor. Practicing the Buddha-way for twenty eight years he was appointed Buddhist Leader by High Priest at Head Temple Japan in 1994.

His third Book, “Buddha Nature Now”, a lay persons guide to Peaceful Means” celebrating its 5th Anniversary Edition 2012, in print ISBN 978-1-4259-9914-8  and E-Book ISBN 978-1-4678-0939-9
